ABSTRACT

Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is a non-invasive low-current brain stimulation technique, which is mainly based on the different polarity of electrode stimulation to make the activation threshold of neurons different, thereby regulating the excitability of the cerebral cortex. In this paper, healthy subjects were randomly divided into three groups: anodal stimulation group, cathodal stimulation group and sham stimulation group, with 5 subjects in each group. Then, the performance data of the three groups of subjects were recorded before and after stimulation to test their mental rotation ability, and resting state and task state electroencephalogram (EEG) data were collected. Finally, through comparative analysis of the behavioral data and EEG data of the three groups of subjects, the effect of electrical stimulation of different polarities on the three-dimensional mental rotation ability was explored. The results of the study found that the correct response time/accuracy rate and the accuracy rate performance of the anodal stimulation group were higher than those of the cathodal stimulation and sham stimulation groups, and there was a significant difference (

ABSTRACT

Cognitive enhancement refers to the technology of enhancing or expanding the cognitive and emotional abilities of people without psychosis based on relevant knowledge of neurobiology. The common methods of cognitive enhancement include transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and cognitive training (CT). tDCS takes effect quickly, with a short effective time, while CT takes longer to work, requiring several weeks of training, with a longer effective time. In recent years, some researchers have begun to use the method of tDCS combined with CT to regulate the cognitive function. This paper will sort out and summarize this topic from five aspects: perception, attention, working memory, decision-making and other cognitive abilities. Finally, the application prospect and challenges of technology are prospected.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To analyze the association of integrinα5 (ITGA5) with grading of liver cancer and the overall patient survival and investigate the effects of integrin α5 (ITGA5) silencing on the proliferation, invasion and migration abilities of human liver cancer Bel-7404 cells.@*METHODS@#UALCAN was used to analyze the expression of ITGA5 in liver cancer tissues and normal tissues, and expression in different grades of liver cancer tissues. GEPIA was used to analyze the relationship between ITGA5 expression and the survival of liver cancer patients through. The ITGA5 shRNA lentiviral vector was used to infect Bel-7404 cells to establish a cell line with stable ITGA5 silencing verified by Western blotting. Plate clone formation assay and Transwell assay were used to detect the proliferation, invasion and migration of Bel-7404 cells. The correlation between ITGA5 and PI3K in liver cancer tissues and control tissues was analyzed using Oncomine cancer specimen database.@*RESULTS@#The expression of ITGA5 was significantly higher in liver cancer than in normal tissues ( < 0.05). The expression of ITGA5 was significantly lower in grade 1 than in grade 2 liver cancer, and also lower in grade 2 than in grade 3 liver cancer ( < 0.05). The patients with high ITGA5 expression had a significantly lower overall survival rate than those with low ITGA5 expression ( < 0.05). Plate clone formation assay showed that the clone formation rate was significantly lowered in Bel-7404 cells with ITGA5 silencing compared with the blank and negative control cells ( < 0.05). ITGA5 silencing significantly attenuated the migration of Bel-7404 cells as shown by Transwell assay ( < 0.05). ITGA5 and PI3K were both highly expressed and showed a positive correlation in liver cancer tissues ( < 0.05).@*CONCLUSIONS@#ITGA5 is closely related to the progression of liver cancer and the patients' prognosis. ITGA5 silencing inhibits the proliferation, invasion and migration of liver cancer cells. ITGA5 promotes the liver cancer growth and metastasis possibly by regulating the PI3K signaling pathway.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effect of multidisciplinary rehabilitation nursing on the number of acute exacerbation, quality of life and pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 1088 cases of COPD patients admitted to department of respiratory medicine from February 2015 to July 2016 were divided into the study group and the control group by random digits table method, 544 cases in each group. The control group was given COPD related health education and routine care. The study group was given comprehensive rehabilitation of multidisciplinary lung care. After 1 years, the mental status, dyspnea grade improvement, acute exacerbation and 6 min walk test distance (6MWD) were compared between the two groups. Results One year after intervention, 6MWD and the times of acute exacerbation in the study group were (450.32 ± 67.21)m and (0.37 ± 0.28) times, and (394.12 ± 63.17)m and (2.08 ± 1.65) times in the control group, the study group was better than the control group (t=2.064, 2.029, P<0.05). One year after intervention, the scores of mental state, function, symptom were 1.76 ± 1.02, 1.69 ± 1.01, 1.61 ± 0.79 in the study group respectively, and 2.10 ± 1.08, 2.08 ± 2.03, 1.79 ± 0.80 in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t=2.051, 2.017, 2.103, P<0.05). Conclusions After comprehensive nursing intervention of multidisciplinary rehabilitation, COPD patients can not only have obvious improvement in lung function, but also reduce the frequency of acute exacerbation of COPD.
